I've tried putting a multiple before, but I always get a large number. I've used P/operating CF multiple, but these small companies have very high premiums that seem unrealistic. Larger stable competitors usually have smaller p/operating CF which makes their valuation too low. Any ideas on determining multiples?

I'll back test some other multiples.
