You do realize that "trial" was of a 3rd party who was using this claim to try to stay out of the Democrat's political prison camp, RIGHT? This individual has watched those who came before him and did not repent publicly in his support for Trump be thrown in prison. Essentially every one of these individuals is a political prisoner trying to escape these bogus trials. Very few actually committed significant crimes. People under duress will say anything. Pelosi's behavior -- which is clearly driving this horrible, anti-American treatment, will one day be on her grave marker, I would hope. "Here lies America's Hitler."
