Hello Mr. Metals;

How are you to-day, just dropping you a line here to show you just some of the lousy DD, that we all do over on the SH forum, after-all we are so blind to this situation??...Like that close.. 8-))

I just spoke to Heather at the TSE again....(yes MIC, she does exist and she told me to tell you that
she has been there for 18 years)

1)She still has NO record of options being exercised HOWEVER this only means that the TSE has
not recieved notice from the company...she is looking into this to confirm 100% for us.

2)She says that if MIC knows of options being exercised last Thurs or Fri, she is POSITIVE that this
info does NOT come from ANYONE from the TSE. The Ontario Securities commission has a
requirement that insider trading be disclosed within 10 days of the end of the month in which the
transaction takes place.

The person I spoke to at the OSC says that he would have NO idea as to HOW MIC could know about
options being exercised last Wed. , Thurs. or Fri...or what "report" he spoke about this morning.

3)Heather says that she has NO knowledge AT ALL of an investigation involving KRY and rumours etc.
as MIC has claimed.

4)ANOTHER 1.866 million shares entered the market at the end of Jan or early Feb. BUT THIS WAS
THROUGH THE DEBENTURE FINANCING AGAIN!!!! (my apologies to Superss)

5)Heather has a call in to KRY legal counsel to discuss the options situation as well as the self
mandated halt on trading KRY shares by KRY personnel.

6) She is going to ask the legal counsel to call me to discuss further. Soooo...lookout MIC or KRY
directors...one of you is lying and whomever it is, is going DOWN. (You know who I THINK that will be)

Hope this is of some help....
AV
out until LAAAATE this evening.

With regards, Frank

P.S. More to come??

At $350 USD and higher, $50 is a commonly used valuation factor. In today's environment, you will see lower figures. Some deposits are valued at less than $20 USD. Also, note that valuations will apply to RECOVERABLE gold (ie. L&C is around 82% for Au and 72% for Cu) in the following proportions:

proven and probable are counted at 100%
possible is counted at 50%
resource is counted at 20%

By weighing the deposit according to these categories and apply an amount per oz that you are comfortable with, taking into account the number of fully diluted shares outstanding, the company's ability to develop or sell the deposit, the capital required to develop the property, it is possible for you to come up with your own valuation.

For established producers (not exploration companies) a cash flow multiple is another valuation factor you can use.
