Off-Topic **** XYZ ~ Don't be too humbled. Everything that I
know about wine I
have already presented. Having been a wine-o in high school ('93
was a good year for Boone's Farm Strawberry), I have finally
graduated to the better wines and am just now discovering which
is which. My wife and I are planning a new house to be built
before the turn of the century and in the 'basement' I plan
to install a wine cellar similar to this one.

The ceiling I will change to something simple and in the middle
of the cellar will be a table and 2 chairs.

When my baby girl was born, I started searching for 3 bottles of
wine that I could share with her when she graduates from
college, gets married and has her first child. From there it grew.
So I know Nada (that's Nada not Napa) about fine wine but I
have become a student.

Raleigh ~ I thought I would take you up on your tip and
contacted both of these wineries to find out which one you
are referring to.

Cribari Vineyards Inc.
4180 W Alamos Ave.
Fresno, CAÿ 93722
209-277-9000

Cribari Wineries
3223 E Church Ave.
Fresno, CAÿ 93725

The first only sells a wine with the Silvercreek label. The second
is represented by Cannon Daqua (sp?) who markets many brands. They promised to call me back
and let me know where Cribari is available in this here
hick town. ~ Jack
