Yep, exactly, it funnels money up.

And we can see 50 years of the GOP here has resulted in the worst income inequality in 80 years!!

I think two are of the countries his minions wrecked are Russia and Argentina!!??

Not to mention, Uncle Miltie's ideas on economies have resulting in wrecking the economies in countries that have put them into practice. Turns out, they result in funneling money upwards, causes booms and busts and hollows out the middle class.
