aren't you tired of having entitled yet stupid folks often in control. not because of merit or ability .. but because of connections.. ? Socialism at its best seeks to promote the best and the brightest...

It doesn't make a whit of difference what socialism "seeks"... only matters what reality is. Reality is not close to what you've deluded yourself to believing... but the exact opposite.

Socialism is not a meritocracy... as made clear enough by Chairman Mao in his description of power, which, note, failed to mention "merit" or "freedom to innovate" or any such ?

Reality is that socialism is the INSTITUTIONALIZATION of having entitled yet stupid folks... ALWAYS... in control.

In the U.S., now... that means the "best and brightest" are Biden and Federman... the senile and stroke victims...

What Socialism "seeks"... is a lie. Socialism is all and only about power... and taking it by whatever means... until the means and masks of them are no longer necessary...
