Nevada views itself ( and that includes Las Vegas, in Clarke County) as the Wild West and not some urban center, like LA, NYC or San Francisco. Sisolak became the first Dem Governor of the State since 1966 and I think he blew it, legislating like a big city Governor regulator, rather than a moderate, laid back Western social libertarian.

Does the Nevada gov't run the insurance program? If they're the ones paying the hospitals, failing to raise the premiums would seem to be a waste of taxpayer funds for those that got vaxxed.
