You're right Ditchdigger but notice the date it was issued - September 8, 1997. This was done prior to most of the recent debentures. BTW, just checked historical charts and on September 8, 1997 Oilex closed at .38 with a spread of .37/.40. In fact, the last time it traded at .48 was on July 7, 1997 - two months before the debenture was issued.
