You may want to look at Canterbury Race Track. I think the symbol is CBHP. I mention it because they own a bunch of real estate adjacent to their racetrack/casino which they are developing. Icahn got out of Newell so why jump back in? I stayed in OXY and so far that is working out for me. For now I am not buying anything that doesnt pay a decent dividend.
