That I do not recommend! If you read my post I said it is a speculation that an ex colleague of mine told me. And I hope you are not related to TheInvestor who thinks our comments on this thread effects the price of the stock (in which case I have this bridge in New York I am trying to sell... would you be interested?)

As for the settlement, it is scheduled to be finalized by the judge by the end of April (in fact it was supposed to be finalized by the end of last December, but the judge felt there might be more plaintiffs who bought the shares of SPNSF between 93-95 so he sent out letters to all such shares holder last November to speak now or lose their chances of getting something back for ever)!

According to the cc nxt yr count of shares will be in the range of 23
million shares, therefore .45 for 98 (this are some estimates) implies ni of around 10.35 mill and revenues $94 mill(%11), does that look realistic??
