Don't give me this horse shit in regard to China. China has no respect for human rights or capitalism. Everything they do is ultimately oriented toward more State control. You are being duped or drugged in regard to China. My best friend married an El Salvadoran woman and went to El Salvador and fought as a Guerilla against the USA. I loved Allende in Chile. Latin America now leans left. Poverty is being eliminated. Argentinians welcome Americans if they speak the language and integrate. Not to many speak English in Buenos Aires except for some of the Italians and businessmen.
