Thanks, you are showing good understanding of the numbers, as always! It seems analyst estimates includes the known charges from the preannouncement, so their numbers may not be as non-GAAP as they usually are — in which case, my guess ($0.50), arbitrarily based on the whisper number, may be unintentionally closer to the GAAP number than the intended non-GAAP number.

But perhaps Devinder reshuffles as much costs as possible into Q3 to lighten up Q4. Then maybe I'll have a winning chance. Then again that would adversely affect their nice smooth progress on the gross and operating margins, creating some ugly bumps to those graphs.

Anyway, I hope they have a better outlook than yours! Roadmap execution is still pretty stellar!
