Frank: WOW. Great job on the homework! I am very aware on most of what you have written. Imasco Ltd., I am a shareholder. I'm not sure where Genstar fits into all of this, but obviously R. Nihon and company are involved.
Peter Monk is in the process of building his Real Estate Empire. Therefore, I believe he will at some point in time step aside for another to continue his work with ABX. I wonder who??? hmmmmmm
I was not aware that George Bush had paid a visit to Caldera. I knew Brian Mulroney had. I knew both a on the board of ABX. Robert Fung is good friends with Peter Monk, and also the Prime Minister of Canada, Jean Chretien.
The KRY board of Directors, is TOP NOTCH, WORLD CLASS. All are well connected. Each bring a specialty to the company.
I for one, am satisfied holding this company not on its present or potential assets, but on the company's management alone.
They have access to money that we cannot even begin to dream of.
BTW, thanks for unravelling the RED GLOVE et al. companies. This was new to me.

AS they say in the real estate business, location location, location.
AS they say in the securities business, management, management, management!!!!

Many thanks Frank!!!!!

PS. Don't do CARL's DD for him. It shows me the type of investor he is!!!
