Allied bombing, the invasion of Italy then Normandy were huge factors in helping the Russians succeed in the Eastern front, the cold, Hitler and stretched German supply lines were other factors. the Russians lost more men than any other Nation, there was no retreating under the penalty of being shot. the Russian's today don't want to die for a despot like pootin there is no good reason for Russian men to kill Ukrainians
