KEG just recently purchased 2 of our local drilling contractors and NORT is about the same size as the local drillers and is a couple of hours up the road from here. I do think that NORT has quite a bit of debt though...hmmm. This would certainly go along with their acquisitions in central Texas. I personally can't get too excited about the land drillers, but this potential takeover would certainly fit what KEG has done recently. Dang at this rate the next time we need a rig we'll have to call KEG.<gg> Paul
