Ed, I have no doubt they will deliver a product. My actions will be based on something more basic. After a long wait for changes I was told three times that the FAQ would be updated during specific time frames. It has not. Previously I was told abstracts of staffs presentations would be provided. Scannons & Garovoys were not. Dr. Giroir is not a staff member so I understand Xoma has no control over his actions. Xoma has no control over the price of its stock, but they must either keep a promise or not promise anything, if they expect to retain me a a loyal shareholder. I can buy a lot of stocks where I don't expect as much from the company and I will be satisfied with the non performance of their Investor Relations dept.
