It seems like most of Sequans' customers have their products manufactured there, so that can't be good. It was one of the excuses used this year for slow ramp in products that have made it to production.

11/22/2022
New cases of COVID-19 are on the rise in China again, which has many international economists worried that the lockdowns resulting from Beijing’s Zero-COVID policy will lead to a severe global recession.

The one-two punch of slowing U.S. growth due to rising interest rates and the Chinese Zero-COVID policy locking tens of millions of people in their homes and out of their workplaces could bring economic growth in developing countries to a screeching halt. The slowdown would eventually reach the U.S. as slowing exports would affect the manufacturing sector.

You may have seen on the news that China is done with zero Covid policy. No more shutdowns of Sequans' direct customers' suppliers. No more excuses for a slow ramp...

Sequans did not announce CC/results timing on this last day of the quarter as has been their policy for the last couple years. So that is unusual. I can only take it as more bad news based on track record... Please prove me wrong Georges.
