yes ...Key to remember noise common in hr after FOMC. Most this year saw a 10-60 point trap down then rally. Big exception was Sept which saw ~70 point spikes up & down then 130 point drop in 2hrs. Size down, no rush, preserve capital. >3855 needed to resume leg up. 3825 remains support
