Well, they guy with his big foot and mouth to put it in, did say expected to exceed 100 MPG! Can't put all the blame on LA Times. Joe'd been better off, getting new contracts lined up than popping off with all those press releases and playing with his toy. After all it took Jon Green to tell him it was out of alignment. What the hell was he doing with the car in those pre-trial days, washing it in the rain?

I don't mean to sound paranoid but the word "failure" in an interview either was due to fatigue, total ignorance of the medias ways, or
a calculated word to "subdue" the effects of the news on the stock price. Perhaps to let some people "buy in cheap" in trade for help.
Am I way off the mark?
