Ukrainian soldiers not getting paid. There probably is a much higher participation rate of NATO soldiers using PMCs and other mercenary contracting arrangements while under the guise of training Ukrainian soldiers in the UK.

Very similar trajectory to other wars to get US boots on the ground under the excuse of stolen weapons. In Syria, it was a nonexistent Al Qaeda group that the US alleged was plotting an attack on NYC.
