Did they mention any new capital investments in 'Mixed Use' property. Many of the top locations for Malls are exploring converting to 'mixed use'. A lot depends on zoning which many Cities are approving. More tax revenues for them and higher FFO for the Malls after initial capital investment.

Listened to a POD cast about the topic and it was quite positive on this move especially for the older Mall properties that can do this type of conversion.
