Unfortunately, I don't believe that President Clinton has
the courage, fortitude, or conviction to launch a serious
attack against IRAQ.
Two years ago, Clinton failed to back up with air support
A CIA inspired uprising in Northern IRAQ. He sat by while
Saddam's tanks crushed the insurrection. It was eerily
similar to the Bay of Pigs.
A few days later, Clinton launched a pinprick Tomahawk
Cruise Missle attack on radar installations in the SOUTH
of IRAQ!
The crude oil market doesn't expect an attack from this
Administration to disrupt crude supplies either.
