I have been thinking about investing in this company but I would like to know if anyone can confirm the following information this is what I heard: 1. VVUS is on the verge of getting approval in the UK and that they have a sales force ready to sell a large inventory. Do 2. They are producing product at the new facility "at risk". Implying that they can sell it. But if the FDA does not approve the facility, they will have to recall their product. 3. They have had experience with FDA approval requirements and thus know what it takes to get FDA approval of their new facility. 4. A lot of analysts attended the recent meeting and may soon put out favorable ratings. 5. VVUS is backed by Johnson and Johnson, which adds credibility to their product. Who is Harvard Scientific backed by, Las Vegas gamblers? This information is provided for engagement of discussion.
