Russia rejoins deal on wartime Ukrainian grain exports (sfgate.com)

After leaving the deal due to the Ukrainian attack on RuZZian naval ships in Crimea, PooTin rejoins the deal.

This reportedly shocked the Z-nationalists and the Z-hawks who thought PooTin did the right thing leaving the deal in the first place.

But it shows that PooTin is further losing control.

For one, he can't attack the ships carrying the grain, since most of them are Turkish. And as you know, Turkey is a part of NATO. (Funny how PooTin thinks he's at war with NATO, but is too damned afraid to attack any member of NATO.)

Another point is that these grain shipments are headed to poorer nations like those in Africa. And PooTin is trying to position himself as a great savior of poor and developing countries.

Finally, there's a report that RuZZia is trying to use the grain deal as leverage for easing sanctions:

Russia is reportedly asking Western countries to ease sanctions amid talks to extend the Black Sea grain export deal (msn.com)

But that can't be! I thought sanctions were having no effect! I thought the RuZZian economy was too resilient for that!

More cracks are forming in the regime ...

Putin Army Detachment Dubs Kherson Retreat as 'Betrayal' Of Russia (msn.com)

The detachment was founded by Alexey Milchakov, who is described as a neo-Nazi. His group is thought to have a close connection to the Wagner group of mercenaries, whose founder, Evgeny Prigozhin is playing a key role in the war in Ukraine.

*******
Golly, a literal neo-Nazi detachment in the RuZZian army? With close connections to the infamous Wagner mercenaries, who in turn is named after one of Hitler's favorite composers?

Can't be. I thought RuZZia was fighting against nAzIs, which means they couldn't have any actual Nazis within their ranks, right?
