Baron, are you ever going to return to the Oilex thread and explain to all of those Oilex shareholders why the value of their holdings has dropped 95% or so in the past few months? You and P.I. had your dispute on that thread and you promised to post information concerning a business transaction gone bad between he and Oilex. But you never did. You threw that out on that thread and never posted the facts behind it.

Questions for you Baron:

1. What is the relationship between TANC and OLEX?

2. What is the involvement of Allen L. Burditt, II in TANC?

3. What is the involvment of Phoenix Reserves, Inc. in TANC?

4. How many shares of TANC are owned by OLEX?

5. How many shares of TANC are owned by Allen L. Burditt, II?

6. How many shares of TANC are owned by Phoenix Reserves, Inc.?

Looking forward to your responses.

Offie

BTW Interesting that you demand an apology. When similar demands on were made on the Oilex thread, Oilex and representatives refused to apologize.

In case there is any doubt, the principal with the felony guilty pleas and the judgments being referred to in my post numbers 9 and 15 dated February 6,1998 and February 11,1998 respectively, is a principal of Oilex, Inc. I am not aware of his specific relationship with Titan Energy, if any. I certainly apologize if there was any confusion. I know only that he has said to me and others that he controls Oilex, Inc. and the SEC filings say that certain principals of Oilex, Inc. are or have been principals of Titan Energy.

Along with others, I await your response to OFW's post #17 dated February 11, 1998.
