I don't know if there's a perfect solution, but I'm not into making the perfect the enemy of the good. However, kicking the homeless out of urban areas ,and relocating them out in the middle of nowhere is a bad plan. it would be more humane to euthanize them, and, no, don't say that I'm advocating that. There are no services for them in the middle of nowhere, but they'll be out of sight and out of mind when they die. in the meantime, Kevin McCathy's hometown is getting some help the state. Can he get some from the feds?
