Maybe, just maybe, our safety net for the homeless could be improved if our safety net wasn't consumed by illegal aliens.
As I keep reminding Wharfie, California is running a budget surplus.

The problem isn't lack of resources, but rather lack of will on the part of our local and state politicians.

They're too afraid of the Wharfies and the wokies in our state who would oppose enforcing the law against the homeless. (EDIT: Confirmed by Wharfie, who thinks relocating homeless people is the same as the forced relocation of Japanese-Americans during WW2.)
