Good Evening Jimbo,

Tom Kulack's position is to try and manipulate the stock price down so that his institution boys can buy the stock back cheap. Right now there is probably a large short position in the stock. The guy is a complete ass and we have been putting up with him for quite some time. I would advise you to do nothing so you don't get caught in tax situation. The same clowns that want you to sell half of your position will be calling you up and say well I think now is a good time to get back in hoping that you will generate some quick easy commissions.

Best Wishes
Frank

Jimbo, what's very interesting about this scenario is, that ML wants your Dad to only sell half of Intel's position. Why only half if the logic is that it will go down? Most of my IRA consists of Intel and the warrants. I remember when my Intel warrants were below 40 pre-split and my broker called me up and wanted me to sell half of my position and get something else that would move faster. I told him alright as long as you give me a guarantee that the new stock will move faster than Intel. I did not get this guarantee and I still have all my Intel stock and the warrants in my account. You know where they are now. I am not saying here that Intel can't go down, it can. But will your dad pick it up again in time? Insiders have been selling quite a few shares, I think more than normal, but they have a lot more than we do. Just keep an eye on it for your Dad. Intel has a lot of new products coming out but nobody knows for sure what will happen in the near term.

I give you a link to a post from me in regards to Kurlak and ML.

Here is an article I found on another thread. It could impact Intel today but I have heard that Intel is out because they may not want to compete in this very low profit business. I guess we will find out what will be made of it.
