Agree. The Russia breakup map as shown is strangely… illiterate, as I tried to point out.

The story is being posted all over TWTR, which doesn’t prove anything. So far, haven’t seen anyone suggest that it’s a fake. But, I’ll keep track of it, will update if anything interesting comes up.
