Pat, I believe it would be fully diluted earnings that matters. My estimate = $ 0.82 (diluted) Split =Got to split 2:1

Pat, i'm in for .90 with a 2 for 1 spitsky. I don't know if anyone else heard this rumor. My sister-in-law's cousin has a friend who knows somebody that is related to a Dell employee who was cleaning up after a meeting with Mikey and Big Lou and thought she heard something to the effect that Dell was acquiring IBM. Can anyone confirm this??????? :o) Drew
