The FBI had a $1 million bounty for the Pee tape. I think he is mocking the gullible media and the corrupt government witch-hunters. They will take this and run with it - especially if Trump announces he's a candidate next week. "During our pinpoint operations, we will remove both kidneys and the liver at once," Prigozhin said.
