Ballots = the neo-DEM model, following in the footsteps of CA, PA, NY, etc., where it is codified. <despite the fact that mail-in ballots are illegal throughout most of the world> The goal is to get as many people registered as possible, universal mail-in ballots, ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting, never clear the voter rolls, etc.....Then, it doesn't really matter how many people show up at the polls to "vote" if you have a nearly endless supply of excess ballots to meet your needs....dead people, the disinterested, relocated, illegals, etc., not to mention - make it as difficult as you can make it for in-person voting. As they demonstrated in 2020, you only need a few 10's to a couple of 100's of thousands of ballots, applied strategically, to swing any specific jurisdiction and control the federal election, as well as local elections. How is it possible that Katie Hobbes has ultimate oversight authority over her re-election as governor in AZ? We seem pretty blasé about it today......after 2020.
