If the Bitcoins were held on the FTX exchange, yes they would be probably lost.

Most likely the keys to the coins will likely be help off the exchange in cold wallets in most cases though.

Even so crypto currencies are looking to go through another big down leg. This will create more financial stress on those who are exposed.

I am hearing $7000~$8000 for Bitcoin at the moment. There is a lower trend line at that level that might attract buyers. With market devastation ongoing, who knows where real support may be.

Big bitcoin holders are likely leading the attack on Bitcoin playing the downside too.
