You are living in such fantasy land, I don't even know where to begin with you. Firstly, Trump is the gift that keeps on giving to Democrats. In an ordinary midterm election year with a pretty crappy, stagflationary economy, the Dems would have gotten smoked. But thanks to Trump and his promotion of candidates who are election deniers, the Dems are most likely going to win the Senate and lose a few House seats. The damage should have been much worse. Do you understand why? Fact is you don't want to understand. Seriously, what is wrong with you? Have you stopped thinking? Desantis won by a landslide and won Hispanic voters and white middle income suburban woman voters, a decisive swing faction that largely stayed away from Trump. Trump cannot win in 2024. Desantis can. It is as simple as that. Independents and moderates don't like having the foundation of democracy, free elections questioned and asserted it is a fraud. Anyway, my forecast on this thread so far looks like it was pretty much on the money. Even I overestimated a bit how much Republicans would win the House: Message 33868302 And by the way, I am a moderate, not a fanatic living in fantasy land like you.
