Interesting. I have read that the Fed's favorite PCE doesn't use the healthcare equation fudge that was responsible for the lower CPI number lowering it .4 or .6 depending on who you believe.
Imagine the PCE coming in hot right before the December Fed.

He does use RRP by the way, if you read that whole thread you'll notice that he uses:
Fed Balance sheet - TGA - RRP = Net Liquidity .

Even though it sounds like at the beginning of the thread that he thinks RRP doesn't matter, he still goes on to use it in his calculation.

I think you are much more experienced, so I'm more interested in what you have to say. Also, very interested in how you chart it.
