I think they may have taken for granted that people could could find out the information themselfs.

WASHINGTON -- The Geo Metro has regained its status as the stingiest gasoline sipper on the road -- at 46 miles per gallon.

The Geo Metro, which peaked at 49 mpg on the open highway and 44 mpg in cities, has been No. 1 in the mileage race six of the last seven years. A Honda Civic hatchback captured the honors last year, but that model is no longer produced.

That's 90% more efficient. If you were wondering.

Right on the money Norton

Science is built on verification -- it is a disciplined methodical process of substantiating claims -- without it we are stuck in perpetual
uncertaintity. All tests must have a reference or control so we know
what the effect of the the new thing itself is. Adding every little trick
to the demonstration to make it look the best it possibly can -- I don't
think any engineer would call that fair or even respectable.....
Engineers and scientists are Always thinking about All conditions
and whether some other element could be affecting results. That spirit has not been shown here.....
