*If Russia can show that American soldiers have invaded Russia territory, that makes American territory subject to Russian attack. It's that simple.* One way to show it would be to nuke Kherson with a neutron bomb a couple of kilometres altitude and see if Americans whine about it like a fleet of Koreans whining about Qualcomm royalties. Kherson is Russian following the Brexit/Scotland voting there recently, so if it has been evacuated of civilians, there are ipso facto only enemy soldiers left occupying Russian territory, so might as well remove any infestation and start again. Americans have tested nuclear weapons on their own territory for many decades. Russia could test nuclear weapons over their own territory. Mqurice
