But if Putin gets desperate, and uses nukes, Russia is a pariah Rogue Nation. Nobody will buy their oil, not even China. The Russian army would run out of supplies, the economy would collapse, and Putin would end up like Gaddaffi and Mussolini. Fortunately, Putin is not criminally insane, so he will not do it.
