Tell everyone this, s martin: Is this your explanation for every single stock that has an increase in price? Every time any stock goes up in price do you run around crying wolf so loudly?

Give this thread and this company a break. Go away. Your nonsense is still just nonsense, no matter how you word it.

Smartin, I often wonder if people that think everyone else is crooked, isn't that way himself. Why would any reasonable individual with a life follow others around screaming scam ?? I guess maybe you're a real nice guy - trying to protect the public, I expect.

I am amazed at this thread.
We were given timely advice to buy this stock last Friday,
on the gamble that a good news release would come out.
Over the weekend people were warned on this thread not
to buy with a market order Monday morning. If you had bought at .065 wouldn't you have been tempted to sell at .25? I actually didn't sell untill after it fell to .13.
As far as fundamentals who knows what to believe pro or con about
any company. I have been wrong both ways.
So now lots are blaming the MMs and Riley and the company,
when IMO they should blaming themselves. If you didn't
do DD yourself, why did you buy on Monday? I don't believe
this was a con job, it was your own greed and bad trading practices.
I am now considering getting back in.

s martin

First the numbers you quote so happily are wrong.
.0725, .20(no ORs), it took all day for 20mil to trade, .09 respectively.

Additionally, of the ten days preceding fri. four of them had volumes over a million shares. If you didn't see it happen, then you weren't looking.(I will concede that wed. had me wondering)

I am not familiar with the SEC filings or Planet Sports and Next Level so, (unlike others) I will refrain from comment until I FIND OUT FOR MYSELF.

And yes, people made alot of money and lost alot of money on monday. So be it.(by the way, that goes for every other day too)

A quarter mil in a hour? Nope, would have had to buy in 72 hours before and have perfect prescience. But close enough for nay saying. (average NSer accuracy)

As to the *stonewalling*, just who exactly owes you any explanations (perhaps you would like a written and secured promise of future performance while we're at it) if you don't want risk, open a savings account. Of course I question it. Actively. And I adjust my investment accordingly. DUH!
