Lol. You think so? I am just looking at the coming Presidential election from the standpoint of what is best for a true conservative.

Me vote for Desantis? Don't hold your breath! I liked what he did and did not do during the Pandemic in Florida, but I don't vote for Tea Party boys for President and that's exactly what Desantis was when he served in Congress.

The problem you have, Bonefish, along with many others on this thread, which causes personal attacks and hostilities, is that you assume what the other person's feelings or positions are or should be when you really don't know. You do this because you falsely think that everything a poster post's is part of their ulterior objective. Lots of times I am just interested in an exchange of ideas and looking at things from a perspective different from my own.

I do think Desantis would be a much better candidate than Trump from the standpoint of conservative principles, but that does not mean I would vote for him over a Dem.

Sounds like you're jumping on the DeSantis bandwagon

No doubt many more now will, masses will and my guess is, that he may well be our next president in 2024.
