Randall is in the process of rolling out a very slow, methodical and painfully detailed course of bringing together his entire view on the cycle and its effects. He's working his way to it....in his own way. An excruciating exercise in patience. He's a high level freemason and they have their own way of doing these things. He's also said that he's been given "permission" to speak about UAPs and that aspect of reality. Just gotta wait for it.
