Earnings:

Frank --

Those I've spoken with who follow the stock were expecting the quarterly earnings to be flat with the same quarter a year ago as well as flat to slightly higher year over year. I was told $.07 for Q4. I was also warned Q4 would probably not be as good as Q3. These earnings are beyond anyone's highest expectations. Being up 33% in revs and 68% is positive, too, in light of the fact the C6X isn't out yet and several of Spectrum's key products rely on it.

For a company whose hands are tied by large telcos from announcing sensitive contracts due to intense competition, numbers like these assure shareholders they're delivering the goods.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's conference call.

Cheers!

Pat
