Nice post joey, as you can see from some posts(smartin) to me, most think any pleas from us to try and calm down should be met with snickers of contempt. They want to be here to make fun of folks, some think twice about it, and some won't.

joey,

All I can say is that it is sad that you don't have a better understanding of basic economics and basic market dynamics.

Sayings that come to mind are; "there ain't no free lunch"...."what goes up must come down"...."house of cards".....Ask yourself. What would happen if a thread got started where every post was positive and all participants worked themselves into a lather (the company itself being nothing but a shell). Sure, the price would go up initially....but would it last? Could it last forever? Wouldn't someone get hurt (big time) someday? Of course.

No nay is here to cause you to loose lots of money, loose their houses, or loose anything. We are trying to prevent you from being sucked in by the hype laid out by some on this and other threads to keep you from loosing lots of money.....loosing houses, etc.

The fact that you choose to shoot the messenger rather than listen to the message.....is not the messengers fault.

A lot of people, including yourself, have done a lot of work trying to do for the company what the company should be doing for themselves. It just appears that they are not able to do it because it doesn't appear that there is anything there to do it with.

You say the company doesn't really need the money.....clearly they do. A quick look at their recent financials (unaudited) would show that they need the money.....badly.

>>if the nays, would just give around lets say 2 weeks, then bash all you want. [or less, iam going to rmil next week.] some of the investors are stressed out, burned out, broke, and depressed, please give them a break we are pretty good people, everyone knows everyone now, ps we are locked in. Please take it easy on the investors, thats all i ask. nothing wrong having a dream, and it comming true. JOEY<<

Sorry, things just don't work that way. If you are willing to make an investment based upon an overheard conversation at a phone booth.....without doing any substantial degree of DD, you have to be prepared to take the hit. Nays are not doing this to you, the company you invested in is.

It is really important that you get that straight in you mind.

TC

Joey, excellent post. Eventually, no matter what the position one may have on this stock, the personal attacks and lies have torn this board down to the gutter, and except for a few, this board is comprised of honest, funny, good people.

Your gamble is tied to the SEC and NASD. They are not done yet. There are too may violations that must be rectified first.

If this company fails, there will be additional posters who hate lies and liars as much as I do, and will understand that in the big picture, it is right to highlight the wrongs of such companies.

There will always be bad people hypeing a dirty stock for their personal gains, we see that everyday on the net, and we will not be able to stop it, but we certainly can make it more difficult.

There are also honest people that believe what they post and are excited about their company. It is easy to differentiate between the two types.

I hope the money does come Joey, and the stock does trade again. I want this group to make money, not lose it. There are too many losses in the penny stocks and not enough home runs, but I hope if this turns out poorly, that this group will stay together, look for an honest struggling penny stock that has an honest plan and move to support it together. I also hope that you will contribute what you have learned from this stock to other boards.

As you point out, if this gamble was based on lies by the company and some posters, look at the money, time, emotions and trust that were taken from you. There will only be regrets about the losses, never joy.

Joe,

I take the RMIL situation very seriously.

The problem is that I can't find it within myself to take Pugs' diatribes the same way.... <wink>

You all put your money into this stock with your eyes wide open. The Nays provided you ample opportunity to question management about what was being revealed.

Maybe it's time for you to take another trip to the company. Few others seem to be willing to travel there.

And Joey... I at least congratulate you for taking those trips in the first place.

Regards,

Ron
