I wasn't attempting to define fair. The point is that fairness is an objective standard.

Fairness is everywhere throughout American law. The Fourth and Fifth amendments and the Fundamental Fairness Doctrine. In tax law, the Wherewithal to Pay Doctrine. There is general agreement that the law should be fair.

So, we can define fairness by reference, we do it all over the place in huge swaths of the law.

I agree voting should be easy and convenient. I proposed the idea of voting by computer before the first web browser appeared, on the old prodigy forum. Back then people actually liked the idea lol, and imo it is still the best way forward.

It isn’t too much to ask. A fraud conviction is.
