The suggestion here is a road or path to continued life with an
immediate loss of value but a chance to grow. The current status of
this company is dead and cannot reincarnate without ( approval from
regulatory bodies ) as I understand it and the only legal way to continue seems to be as described in the news release. Note the
claim by Kalvik mining for nearly $300,000.00. Will this new company
be responsible for that debt or are these measures proposed a means
of corporate bankruptcy leaving the debt in the personal hands of
former management? We must try to understand the choices here!

Greetings KC
If it is dominion who are listed they are just holding the unregistered shares and have no voting control over them the only
way to get more proxies would be to advertise ie northern miner financial post. The response from SI was extraordinary but most shareholders do are still unaware of our campaign to little time.

Hi KC
The situation is this we have around 700k of shares that people are willing to give us their proxy on, they have all been told to monitor the thread for further developments, they have been asked to contact their brokers and obtain proxy forms , all that is required to collect the proxies is either a fax# or an address to deliver them to that can be posted here.
Some thoughts are the shares being consolidated so that it can more readilly be assertained where all the shares lie and with who? I have heard that that was one of the VSE concerns this is of course not neccessarily true. Point two are the shares being consolidated so that the price can dive and some one can pick up the company for a song you know the shake out of all shakeouts, the one thing that may prevent this is ,if the company is serious, is an announcement of finance at the AGM or before the resumption of trading ,a good geological report on Coni-1 also released at the same time, if we get neither of these I would suggest shakeout could be the name of the game ,again there is no evidence to support this ,it is merely a hypothesis ,all comments welcome lets start thinking

Regards

John
