Gary: > Addi is correct-We will see $5.00/share well before we see $10.00/share.There are 1mm-1.5mm shares about to be distributed with this lawsuit.I may be wrong, but put yourself in the shareholders place. They have waited a long time for this day to come, would you hold on to the shares? Oh please note I never said that SPNSF will go to $5/shr strictly based on the sell off of the shares after they are distributed by the judge to the plaintiffs. What I said was that, there is speculation going around that the current decline is happening so by the time the shares are distributed, the plaintiffs receive the distributed shares at the lowest price possible. About a year and half ago when the stock was at $2/shr the talk was to base the price of the distributed shares at around $6/shr. Now that the stock has risen by 300%, it is speculated that the judge will set the base price at much higher price (perhaps at $10-$12/shr in which case the number of shares distributed will be much less). Therefore the big players who currently hold the shares and are also plaintiffs in the law suit want to get as many shares as they can at much lower prices. And since they have both the money and the shares they can play games with each other to bring down the share price for the purpose of having the lowest price possible by the time judge in the case makes a rulling on the price of the shares that are distributed. While I believe most plaintiffs "may" be selling right away, the sell off will not be any significant (especially since most of these plaintiffs who would sell will be regular retail share holders and I do not believe for one second big players would sell). As far as wether SPNSF will go back to the $5 range my guess is as good as anyone elses! With big boys playing these dirty games anything is possible. However ultimately the earnings and revenue will drive up the price. So till this law suit is settled (by the end of April and hopefuly this time the judge does put an end to the matter), the ride is going to be a nasty bumpy one! And of course note that all these are based on IMHO wild speculations! What one should stick to are the facts and fundamentals about this company which IMHO have never been better in the entire life of Sapiens as a public company. Gee, now I feel I am talking like TheInvestor who has shown interest in buying my bridge (the one in New York)! But in all seriousness I, for one, have never felt as comfortable as I feel right now with the direction Sapiens fundamentals are heading. I strongly suggest if someone does not wish to buy/sell anymore and just wants to hold (which is IMHO perhaps the best thing to do right now), he/she just has to ignore the daily price fluctuations (till end of April at least) and then come back the second week of May (and believe me time flys in a blink of an eye) when SPNSF will be reporting its Q1 98 results. Otherwise if one follows the daily price fluctuations, one can truly get a first hand experience of how the emotional roller coaster ride feels like! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
