Doren,
What pissed you off is I want to go HARD on wealthy criminals who are far more dangerous.
Yeah it pisses me off because you are obviously trying to distract from the issue of homelessness.

Personally, when I'm walking down the streets of San Francisco, I'm not looking over my shoulder for Sam Bankman-Fraud.

Instead, I'm looking over my shoulder for muggers. And a good percentage of those muggers are so-called "transients."

I bet the 9-year-old kid and the 25-year-old woman who was just stabbed by a crazed homeless person in Los Angeles wasn't looking over their shoulders for "wealthy criminals" ...

Boy, 9, and Woman Injured in Stabbing Attack at Downtown LA Target (msn.com)

By the way, the woman was a Korean Airlines flight attendant who was on layover. It's all over the Korean news media, though the American news media makes no mention of who she is.

I guarantee you that this will have a HUGE impact on how many Koreans travel back-n-forth to the largest Koreatown in America.

Not those oh-so-dangerous "wealthy criminals" that you see speeding down California highways.
