This is a more moderate take on what Republicans plan to do with their new house majority

cnn.com

The question is how much will McCarthy have to give in to the crazies on his side of the aisle. The crazier the agenda they push, the harder it will be for them to retain or grow their majority. As this election showed, even with the gerrymandering, lots of races were pretty close and the Republicans can be in trouble if they don't get anything accomplished.

Pence is the biggest snake of all of them. He only comes out now when the rats are jumping ship. He above all should have been the first to condemn Trump. Zero credibility plus he's just about as creepy a dude that I've ever seen.

Pence is a very weird dude-lol! He seems totally clueless.

And the perfect example of someone who would not get to first base in the Democratic party.

If one thinks about it, none of the top tier Republicans could get to first base in the Democratic party.

Because they are all weird-lol!!

Pence tries to thread the needle at a CNN town hall

cnn.com

I don't think he does. I just don't find him credible. I didn't see much of the town hall but it sounds like there should have been some better follow up questions to some of what Pence was saying
