No matter what the results, it won't be a wasted trip. If the company is for real, you walk away feeling good. If the company is a scam, you have closure to all the days of wondering.. I wish you the best of luck on your journey..

Joey,

When you get there make sure that you inquire as the current status of any SEC investigation. Several points to ask include:

Have any documents been subpoenaed by authorities?? (corporate and personal records)

Have any insiders been deposed and provided testimony to the authorities??

Are they still retaining legal counsel related to the SEC trading halt??

If so, what is the general background experience of this counsel?? (Do they have extensive Securities related experience and held positions with the SEC before going into private practice)

What will be the "drop dead" date for consumating this deal for the money whereby they will pursue other financing opportunities??

What steps is corporate management taking to gain an ABSOLUTE accounting of the number of shareholders as well total O/S shares?

Basically Joey, I think we would all like to know on the record that the 8K "satisfied" the SEC's concerns. Maybe the company would like to issue another 8K and attach a letter to the shareholders with it describing exactly what the h*ll the current status of this company is.

Regards,

Ron
