Exactly. The organized Left is all about power - how to obtain it, how to use it - and how to keep it. Uncle Vlad Lenin wrote hundreds of books and articles about how to do it right. Sol Alinsky and his followers taught and trained generations. That’s just to mention a couple; there are a great many others. The Left doesn’t understand economics, they really have no ideas to offer - except for variations on the subject of how better to rob Peter to give Paul. So, all through history, they applied their talents and energies towards obtaining power. Which in the US means winning elections… whatever it takes.
